Chef Amy has a degree in Culinary Arts and over 20 years of experience within the many facets of the food industry. When it was time to step out on her own as a business owner catering was a natural choice. Her passion for creating dishes and her love of serving people lends itself to events wherein she can play around with different themes, cuisines, locations and people. She loves preparing customized menus and presenting them with a flourish and a chef's kiss. Et Voila!
Chef Amy and the Et Voila team work all manner of events, be they a Wedding, a Rehearsal Dinner, a Birthday, Shower or Surprise party, a Remembrance, or just a good reason to throw a party!
We will work with each host to create a bespoke menu and prepare it from scratch using quality ingredients. No matter what you choose, our job is to make it delicious, and serve it when, where and how it will work best for your event.
